Employee Benefit Research Institute Employee

"I've worked for EBRI for 10 years. The management has changed drastically over those years. They have had 3 CEOs in that time frame and I was employed under all 3 CEOs. I think that as a research institute it is good because the quality of the research is good. But the company was very top heavy in decision making and I found that off-putting."
