"I would not want to interview here because it is not a good place to work. Don't believe the hype about the company."

What don't you like about working at Empirix?

"No money spent on tools needed to do your job. Management does not have a clue on where to take products. Seemed like there was no leadership at the company. Did not know who to talk to about issues. Outdated products that are showing their age because they don't want to invest time or money in improving their products."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Figure out the direction you want to the company to go. Spend money on tools to do your job. Hire more senior people. You can't improve a product with a team of entry level and junior engineers."
