"The work they do there is important, but they are low budget and your work environment and compensation will reflect that."

What don't you like about working at Empirical Education?

"They're a small company with limited funding so we were given old, outdated equipment and we only got to use free versions of most software and salaries were far below average."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think they did a good job for a small company. I did enjoy my time their, but unfortunately in small companies, when funding gets cut, people like me get laid off."
