"From the completion of construction and start-up of production, the plant manager/project manager has been replaced by a "company man" who has no management experience and doesn't trust the people he has working under him. His arrogance has caused more problems than solutions and he treats everyone like they are children. This plant is not what I was expecting when I first started working there. They make a great product but do not have a dedicated sales team willing to go above to get new customer orders."
