"They were aware of my enthusiasm for hard and challenging work and allowed me to grow from an Admin. Assistant to a Property Manager. They promoted my education toward that end."

"When the economy was good, and they were successful, the Chairman and those under him welcomed and had confidence in my abilities to change hats and diversify my role. They were very supportive in that nature. They were a professional organization."

"Emerson had some managers that were able to slip under the wire and do practically nothing. It is run by the Chairman and, as they say, when the cat's away, the mice will play. In the later time period of my employment with Emerson, they changed upper management and that new person created a great deal of problems with the staff."

"Be more intune with the strengths and weaknesses of the staff. Do not micro-manage so much and entrust the staff to utilize their knowledge to get the job done."
