"There was a strong creative vibe. The sales team was very good at their job. My manager was very nice and handled the team very well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Its a publishing company so its a good idea to be enthusiastic or atleast knowledgeable about the publishing industry."

What don't you like about working at CMP Technology?

"There was a lack of communication from the owners of the company. They decided to sell the company, but waited to tell employees until the last minute and everyone had a short time to either leave to find work elsewhere or stay and wait for departments to shift or be altered in some way."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There should be better communication between all levels of management."
