What do you like about working at EmCare?

"I really enjoyed working with the physicians, and the majority of my co-workers were a pleasure to work with as well."

What don't you like about working at EmCare?

"Senior management created a hostile work environment for a number of employees. Frequent calls to Corporate HR by multiple employees became a necessity. Racist, homophobic and misogynistic comments were frequent and targeted by one member of senior management. The company as a whole encouraged a culture of mistrust and micro-management, and did not pay their employees their worth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest to corporate management that they take regional HR complaints seriously. I would suggest that, at the regional level, management learn to trust and respect their employees. I would suggest that the company closely review their salary standards."
