"Honestly being that, I've worked for the Irvine location about a week after they opened, I feel I have a lot to say, but I'll keep it to a minimum unless there are further questions. Once I started I was making $200-$400 a shift, easily-however I realized redundancies typical in successful restaurants. The owners would sell out money for big events, yet never care to completely staff or train the people working them. That would be left on the "better" servers to steer the ship out of imminent chaos. That was warning flag #1. Long story short, the company began to fall apart and even go as far to print out IOUs rather than cash after shifts. It's a poorly run company, but the friends I've made there are invaluable."
