"Jobs are hard right now, so don't give up. There are companies out there that will hire you even if you have some skills that are required. But like everything eles nobody got to where they are out of the blue, they were taught. There are companies out to give a person a chance."

"Be strong and fair to employees. Listen to them and give a chance.Help them further thier carreer and learn more jobs. Always listen to your employees, remember where you came from, and what it took to get where you are."
