"The company was not set up for the employee to improve. There were no room for improvement unless you were friends with upper management. They would place blame if a part is loss which most time is later found. This is due to the fact the warehouse is so unorganized. This was a very high stress level job as you have no control over parts being delivered late due to delay at customs."
"Good Company to work. Lot of opportunity to learn n deliverer."
"I have worked here for two years, I started as an intern and got hired full time upon graduation. I consider this place great for starters and people that are looking to learn a lot. For experienced people may be frustrating at times."
"I prefer not to give a review"
"I've worked for ElringKlinger in 2019 as an industrial engineer. I was exposed to the various challenges of running a manufacturing plant. It was a very insightful experience where I was able to challenge myself and work directly with different groups within the organization to improve operational efficiency. I'd recommend this company to anyone interested in the automotive industry and manufacturing."
"ElringKlinger is run by individuals who do not know how to run a business. The sales team over commits its capacity. Customers leave because they cant get their product. The company looses money and the employees suffer. Breaks are taken away and any incentive to want to work there is removed. They do not treat their employees well."
"Looking for a environment that includes teamwork."
"good area to work with good people around, a lovely place to learn more, good management, chance to grow in the organization, learning good technology, taking good care of the staff, good welfare package for the staff, assistance with advancing education"
"My main focus was setting in the job instructions. I would write up the procedure and then share it with the team for approval. I did not get much feedback from the team lead. Just like training. But it was work. I wish the team the best, and hope they succeed."
"The plant was poorly ran and could have been more efficient. Most people had to work everyday of the week, but the overtime was nice."
