"Elite Automation is a startup operating since 2018. Their vision is strong, and their potential is unlimited. I loved my position as an R&D Engineer and enjoyed working with the employees... right up until I got fired for submitting a letter of grievance for requesting the overtime pay the CEO/Director of Operations promised me and didn't deliver. The Director of Operations has questionable motives, and the official "statement" (which was what the Director of Operations said when he let me go) was "Perspectives are an interesting thing." Obviously there's more to the story than what's been posted here, and it's only one opinion, but the fact that they fired me 45 mins after I submitted an official letter of grievance, and didn't give me an official statement as to why they're firing me, or any sort of performance review should speak volumes to how the management is run there. It's a three-man shop that exploded way faster than they were emotionally/mentally/professionally ready to handle. So, that's why it has one star. I WOULD NOT recommend working there... at least while the Director of Operations/CEO is currently in power."
