"I worked with Elite for almost five years. They are a large organization with a lot of bureaucracy overhead. Although they may advertise as doing agile software development, they are still very much stuck in waterfall. The executives and directors call the shots; the "teams" are not empowered. Each person works independently within their "team." Quality is still a hindsight."
