Definitely frustrations to be had - in very likely every department - but there's a lot to be said for ends justifying means and a lot to be said for this is really what you make it."

"My commute, the daily monotony, no real chance for advancement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay more attention to employees down the line. Seems to be a lot of out of sight/out of mind philosophy. First priority is obviously to the community we serve but whatever attention remains could be given to us and that'd be nice."
