"Elica has a good mission to help the homeless and immigrants who don't know where to go. However, the people making the decisions are administrators who do not actually deliver healthcare. If they did then they would understand all the restrictions and difficulties they impose on their staff to provide healthcare. These are people who just look at numbers. As a provider, I do not feel supported by them and I an unable to offer the quality care I would like to give to those patients."
