What don't you like about working at Eleven Western Builders?

"I am friends with the Owner, VP's and several others in the company. We not only work together but we spend most weekends together. For those in the company that are not involved in the outside enjoyment there is too much resentment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow the people you hired to do the job, do it."
