"I only worked for Elevate for a short period. The company is only about 4 years old and have done pretty well growing so far. However, the business operations are almost as if they opened the door a few months ago. There are no systems in place for efficient materials management and Logistics. Hopefully they can quit worrying about getting customer orders and actually worry about delivering quality product to those customer orders."
