"Worked here from 5/2/2016 to 4/30/2020 until it got sold. I defined the QMS from ground zero to successful ISO 9001 certification. The company designs and develops integrated module assemblies for use in the data/ telecommunication industry.. It consist of mostly design and development scientists working on the chip/module design and the products at built by key contract manufacturing partners which are monitored and measured jointly by our Engineering and Operations group. Handling of customer complaints and supplier issues are jointly addressed by the CM's group and our Quality and Design and development team along with Purchasing."
