"It used to be that everyone got along and everyone could work together with no issues. Planning of jobs were spaced out where at times we were all home with our fammilies and not being out on a job for over a month."

"Don't believe what they promise. What they say they offer and what you get are never in balance."

What don't you like about working at Electronics Design Group?

"The micro management was a royal pain. The constant mistrust between the President, mid-managers and the field crew. The disorganization or constant changes in proticals that left everyone confused."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't fix what isn't broken and LISTEN to the field crew. The field crews know more about whats out there than management thinks they know."
