I am also managing and maintaining a computer lab with multiple peripheral devices and train users on how to utilize those devices. Simultaneously, I was also working as a Data Analyst in the same department, where I created Tableau dashboards and presented them to the university management on student demographics by conducting statistical analysis and generated Tableau reports on student activity to improve student engagement. I used to analyze five years of student data and presented the dynamic of student performance to the university management, along with the creation of data migration and training documentation for the university and managed cleanup activities. I had to write and execute SQL statements to retrieve data from the database and also developed several excel sheets and converted into UTF-8 form for data migration, worked on Excel Macros and other functions such as V-Look up and Pivot tables. Lastly, I maintained a requirements traceability matrix to keep the clients and all the teams up to date with the current progress of the project."
