"Sears is a good place to work with room to advance since it's such a large company, but it will take you time."

"One thing I didn't like about working for Sears was the management. The management would talk down to employees, and in order to cut costs try to get employees to do work that wasn't part of their job, such as cleaning bathrooms and vacuuming the entire store."

"A suggestion I have for management is to simply treat employees with respect rather than as objects."

"that they stay consistant, and if people are working good and hard management should want to apreciate thier employees. And most importantly they should set good examples because if the gm has a bad day its a stepdown effect and thats not good for sales"
