"flexible hours. I was able to work from home 1 day a week. 37.5 hours work week. 4 weeks of vacation + 1 week during Christmas off without vacation charge. 6% of annual wages is employer's contribution to 401k plan. Paid parking. 12 holidays and 1 birthday off. 10 sick work days. 100% covered for employee major health/dental/vision benefits, term-life (2x annual salary), disability, etc."
