"Keep valuing your personnel, they are your greatest asset in maintaining and expanding your customer base."

"Flexible hours, in the the good old days of EDS I was able to learn new technologies, travel, make clients happy."

"Don't bother. You can submit your resume to posted jobs but you will never get an interview."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Data Systems?

"EDS is being stripped to the bare bone by HP. People don't even have cubes anymore -- they are told don't come to the office unless you have a meeting."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Until EDS sells some new contracts in the US, there is no reason to work there. Where is Ross Perot when you need him."

"Some managers tend to be over-zealous. It's OK to promote the customer. BALANCE it with promoting the needs of the consultant."

"Things have gradually gone downhill in the past decade. After HP acquisition, all bets are off."

"Take care of your good people. You will be hurting in the long run if you let your good talent go just to improve your immediate financial numbers."

"Their "BRILLIANT" PRC review system, which dictates that every year 15% of the work force needs to be eliminated through attrition. Makes for great bonuses for the bosses, but a terribly unstable environment for employees."
