"Atmosphere was pleasant & fairly supportive. Close to my home."
What don't you like about working at Beckman Coulter?
"Couldn't tell clearly from my vantage point, but it appeared as though CB had plans of further 'waist tightening' & the vision was less than clear at the top (wherever that is)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Concentrate on your markets of strength, & support & strengthen them. Additional opportunities will surface because of those directional efforts, which can be evaluated on their own merits, & how they will contribute to the future of both the company & their respective customer base."

What do you like about working at Northrop Grumman?
"Not much except it was an opportunity. That is the place in Bethpage, Long Island, NY."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Always watch your back if you are minority and have an LD."
What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?
"Everything. First of all, that place was a completely dog eat dog place where everyone tried to climb all over you if you didn't know what was going on. It was a very cliquish place to work. I had an LD and they never gave me any considerations to move to another area. There was also an underlying bit of racism as well."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Change the culture of the place in Bethpage, Long Island, NY and their evil racist biased management and people!!!"
