"Recently Electrolux moved from Augusta, GA to Charlotte, NC and new leadership had taken over shortly after the move. Prior to the new leadership coming on board there was a strong commitment to employee respect and appreciation which is no longer an emphasis. The culture is very cut-throat and employees are not valued for their results. The company used to be a special one to be associated with, however, now it is just another big company!"

"Better know what you are signing up for ..... Don't trust your interviewer. Ask more questions and meet you peer group and all direct reports for candid feedback."
