"The people I worked with were just like me. They were dedicated to their jobs, would work long hours and would help anyone else at anytime because they would do the same for you. They also were fun people to associate with after work too."

What don't you like about working at Electro Scientific Industries?
"Management did not have long-range plans and made mistakes that are causing severe damage to the future of the company. Some projects involved years of time and resources but were later dropped because of lack of understanding of the market."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Concern for high profit margin goals have caused them to look past products that could have been quite profitable."
