"I worked for Electro Rent for 1.5 years. While it wasn't the best place to work for, it could have been much worse. My direct supervisor was great, but HIS supervisor, the lab manager at the time, was not very personable. He would be profane with the employees in front of everyone and make everyone uncomfortable. Numerous reports of his behavior went without action. The company is very results oriented with not much stock put into their employees."
