"be direct and honest, if nothing else the hiring manager of engineering respects honesty and integrity very much."
What don't you like about working at ICL Performance Products?
"no real direction on what you're suppose to be doing, everything is disorganized, there are no standards in place for design, drafting or engineering. You never know if you're doing good, bad or indifferent insofar as your work quality, nobody tells you anything."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't leave contractors hanging not knowing if or when they might be brought on direct and not knowing how long their contract is going to last. I came in on a 2 - 4 month contract and after 7 months I don't know if it's going to last another month or a week ... nobody gives you any information."

"DONT ! Stay away from the place at all costs!All direct people do not have paid holidays, health benefits are an out of pocket expense until you get a lame bonus at the end of the yr and salary is poor."

"Management was poor, poor operations, poor working conditions, atmosphere was a cross between a prison and grade school !"
