I started in the compony as C++ developer and was promoted several times.I think that Elbit is very flexible and gives people the opportunity to change roles and to learn. I loved to develop new cutting edge products and to be a part of avionic products. However the most of all I liked the people in Elbit , my collegues , my managers and my team.
