"Elbit is a complex organization with a family atmosphere. There is a union here. The leadership are for the most part accessible and appears to appreciate their team. It is a place where people tend to stay. The defense industry, but other branches do commercial as well(medical, for example). A decent place to work, but could use more organization, standards, and modernization."
