What don't you like about working at El Camino Resources?

"Unilease was more lenient in their residual/financing guidelines. El Camino was privately owned and played very conservatively which often caused me to lose the sale to IBM who was more aggressive in their residual/financing guidelines."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to those in the field to properly equip them with what is needed to maximize the opportunities."
