What don't you like about working at El Camino Florist?

"I do not enjoy the negative atmosphere that the people I work with create. Its hard for everyone to get along because they all have very different opinions on how things should be handled. The owner is the root of the problem because he doesn't take control or help out, he is always just telling everyone to relax but he doesn't realize his business is going down the drain. The worst part is, he can't even work the register!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"re-do the whole lay-out of the store so it is organized and clean. I would also hire more employees."
