"I've worked at Eigen Technologies for 2.5 years. In the beginning, it was hectic, and there was quite a poor work-life balance. However as the company grew, this problem was alleviated by having more engineers. The developer culture is relatively good, but it is also easy to get stuck in roles that don't help you grow."
