"Very bad executive management. They all live in different states and are never on the same page. They have had four different HR directors in 3 years. No 401k, and very low salaries. They change operating softwares all the time because they don’t have the knowledge of creating their own software. They have spent millions trying to customize Salesforce and it is a disaster. They constantly yell at their employees and allow profanity from all levels of employees. There is so much fighting between departments and department heads. It is painful to come to work at this place every day."
