"office location was nice. no need to actually perform or create value added - if that's your thing. One can watch you-tube all day without concern. Its also great if you like to work under the fearful strain of being fired every pay period."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Find another opportunity elsewhere. Your skills will be wasted and ignored. If you wish to make a difference look elsewhere - this is a hopeless case. If you wish to earn a non-competitive salary with limited if no potential for career advancement where you will be likely ignored, then this is the place for you."

What don't you like about working at eFax Corporate?

"No delegation of authority. CEO was incompetent, unqualified for the position, and lacked good judgment and leadership skills. CEO made advances and had explicit relationships with woman subordinates. HR Mgr followed CEO's example and also had extramarital relationship with subordinate. What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace whole executive tier of management with competent and qualified personnel. This is the one company in the company's industry that lacks technical knowledge at the executive level. The company would run better without them; rather than with their incompetent decisions."
