What don't you like about working at Edward Jones?

"Everything else, but mostly the hype about being a family. I drank the Kool Aid and thought that they cared whether I was successful. When I needed help I was told to churn accounts to make my numbers. Then had a $32MM business ripped from me, even though I grew my assets under care 25% the previous three months. I just could not get people to move off their assets to make the sales numbers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When I requested a discussion with the Senior level person, the 26 year old, who had never been in the field told me that was not possible. I also asked about taking my experience and moving to the home office and she told me that I had to line up and apply just like any ol' candidate. I was treated very poorly and my U4 report was harshly worded, and inaccurate."
