"hide your fear of teaching, and emphasize your love of accomplishment and that of seeing every child succeed."

What don't you like about working at Humble Independent School District?

"the pay being a teacher is very challenging all teachers need to be subsidized or directed by corporate world in some way shape or form."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"find the means and ablity to focus on child and teacher development. we are loosing the race to be the best, becasue our support of teachers and the work they do is grossly under funded."

"To many people and no one really in charge. To many people telling other how they do it and not showing how to get test scores up."
