"When EDS was in business it was like a family atmosphere and it catered to family life."

"Well since EDS is no longer you will be interviewing with Hewlett Packard. I would suggest that you are current on the latest technology and business acumen of today. Be ITIL certified, if possible have knowledge of SDLC, be certified in MSCP or have extensive experience with Microsoft suite."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Data Systems?

"It became as a result of the Hewlett Packard acquisition, less family oriented and more robotic."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To become more knowledgeable of its employees who are out on the front line of its business and stop relying on numbers to dictate how to address human resource."

"I liked the empowerment that the company gave to its employees. There was a comprehensive training program after which, as customer service reps, we were trusted to make significant decisions regarding customers purchased products (Frigidaire appliances)."

"It has been over 10 years now. I do not recall any significant issues."
