"Knowing I was helping the physicians with their publications and administrative work that impacting the field of medicine, which eventually helps patients."

"Be very professional, polished and have a background in working in health care."

What don't you like about working at Cleveland Clinic?

"Difficult personalities rule! It was quite a racist environment when I worked there and it has improved a great deal."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The physician manager model works pretty well that they use there, but they needed cultural diversity training when I worked there. They have improved."
