"I have worked at ECBC for 4 years as a civilian employee and 8 years as a contractor. In my experience it is a good place to work in most of the divisions. There are certainly times where budgets can be a struggle because of it being a customer funded organization, but for the most part I spend more time doing my job than worrying about funding or organizational structure.Generally the hours are flexible, the pay is commiserate with outside contracting organizations and the benefits are good"
