"I worked there for 20 months. Good place to work with very smart coders and dbas. The work was steady and of a great variety. Using Cf to manage business logic in an eCommerce environment. They grew fast and with acquisitions and changes the pace was challenging and refreshing. Good management. There were no surprises to a seasoned coder."

"The owners - they would continue to say our business is our family and therefore YOU are family However, they moved operations out of state and didn't ask their family members if they wanted to relocate"

"The other developers were a great group of people to work with. And we were never bored!"

"I think edgepark is a great place to grow your programming skillset. They have many challenging projects to work on. But it is definitely not a place to build a career at."
What don't you like about working at Edgepark Medical Supplies?
"The hours and lack of true project management. The managed the projects, but they didn't get into the details that drove how long the application would take to finish the project. Also, there wasn't any room for growth. They didn't give a hierachy of lead developer, developers.... We all were just developers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Executive Management needs to learn the difference between work and a career. A career allows time for personal life. I worked 50+ hours a week and only had 2 wks vacation and 3 sick days. I would have stayed longer if there was opportunity to get more vacation / personal time."
