"I'm not a huge fan of the environment of the office. It's still difficult to know if there will be any growth, as I have been here for 2 years and have not even been given a raise. It feels like the higher-ups are just trying to get all the engineers in trouble. These are just some of the reasons the culture and environment are poor, at best."
