The preferred drawing software for Engineers and Drafters at ECS Composites is SolidWorks so if you want a job at this company coming with SolidWorks experience is required to succeed."

"I'm not a huge fan of the environment of the office. It's still difficult to know if there will be any growth, as I have been here for 2 years and have not even been given a raise. It feels like the higher-ups are just trying to get all the engineers in trouble. These are just some of the reasons the culture and environment are poor, at best."

"ECS is a government contracting company. The source of revenue comes from us going around the whole and present ourselves to anyone for radar projects only. Its difficult to have contracts as ECS doesn't do anything else. Just radar and for me working there for about 2 years, I wanted to move up and be involve in more of a better position, but my supervisor didn't seem interested and just kept on saying to wait for how the company goes, so I wouldn't suggest anyone to work for ECS."
