What don't you like about working at Ecova?
"The company was taken over by Avista, a utility while I was there and changed from Ecos Consulting to Ecova. The culture and direction of the company was worse off for the change."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Consistency. I had five bosses in the 22 months I was there. The org structure was constantly changing. Changes were made because they looked good on paper but were not informed by consideration of existing personnel."
