What do you like about working at Edgepark Medical Supplies?

"The other developers were a great group of people to work with. And we were never bored!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I think edgepark is a great place to grow your programming skillset. They have many challenging projects to work on. But it is definitely not a place to build a career at."

What don't you like about working at Edgepark Medical Supplies?

"The hours and lack of true project management. The managed the projects, but they didn't get into the details that drove how long the application would take to finish the project. Also, there wasn't any room for growth. They didn't give a hierachy of lead developer, developers.... We all were just developers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Executive Management needs to learn the difference between work and a career. A career allows time for personal life. I worked 50+ hours a week and only had 2 wks vacation and 3 sick days. I would have stayed longer if there was opportunity to get more vacation / personal time."
