"Yes, go somewhere else, you'll be glad you did. The nepotism, bad office equipment and incompetence will make you not want to stay for long."
What don't you like about working at eCommerce.com?
"Almost everything. Bad furniture, bad environment, bad location and incredibly bad management which continuously micromanaged and redefined goals to the point of having none specified. Nobody intelligent lasts longer than 6month is what I was told and they were right."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Leave the company, get professional replacements, especially the current ownership/family nepotism does not work"
