"It is the number one in Waster Water treatment in Mexico with great andique technology and products.Good profesional people, which are always willing to help and give the extra step to get things done."

"Since the company might no be operating in the U.S., there will be no career opportunities."

What don't you like about working at Ecolo Systems?

"What I don't like about the company is that due to serious financial and administrative disarray, fell into a serious financial crisis. Unfortunately the company partners have taken a long time to take the required measures and because of this delay, the partners sold part of the company and the new investor unfortunately is contemplating the shut down of the U.S. office (Houston, TX) to concentrate all the efforts in Mexico and Colombia operations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"After my first three months with this companies I mentioned to two of the active partners that a new sales team needed to be formed and developed because, the company's main customer had significantly dropped the purchases of new waste water treatment plants. I develop the new sales organization chart, new sales incentives and commission policies, Ways to measure sales calls,objectives and goals achievement. I also suggested the hiring of a COO which at that time the company did not have, with the objective to be responsible to supervice and control department like Desing and Engineering, plant operations and plant construction. These suggestions were implemented between 2010 and 2011."
