"I worked for ECM for about a year and a half, that's about all I could stand, the work environment is terrible. I was management and even among the managers was a very shady backstabbing vibe, which was promoted by the owner and vice president as well. The company preys on the elderly and that's the bottom line, I found it was too unethical for me so I resigned. I would not recommend anyone seek employment or hire them for any services."

"Be prepared to work diligently and receive very little credit, if any. The pay is good but there is no feeling of accomplishment."

"the culture and working environment with co-workers (management and hourly) was extremely poor. No motivation for anyone."

"Learn how to work 'with' people instead of dictating their work. You will gain much more dedication and cooperation."
