"Too many layers of upper management or if you contact someone in upper management with a question that you feel is important inorder to meet the goals of the company...& the reply to the e-mail is returned days later and your goal could not be met."

"Place the appropriate selected upper management employee for what the position is called for. Upper management should be more in line with the employee's needs in order for the employee to be more successful. This makes for a happy working environment thus the bottom line for the company would improve along with the reputation of the newly formed ECA."

"Don't forget about the people working directly with the kids. As much as the program has guidelines to follow, the staff working in the woods are going through so much more."
