"I worked with Echo Quality Grinding for about a 1.5 years, within this time of working there, I never had a week of training anywhere. I did enjoy working there for a little while, until I realized that my boss was lying to the owner about multiple employees trying to cover tracks of his messing things up. I have never worked somewhere that the supervisor throws his employees under the bus to save himself. I was looking for a company that cared for its employees not just treat them like dirt."
