"The founders son ran the sales department and had no managerial skills. He was a complete micromanager who never had to work a territory and learn how to sell, his father worked the territory and gave to him when he focused on other aspects of the business."

"Get a new saqles manager in there with selling skills. Allow the sales team to d what is necessary instead of having to deal with a power struglle between father and son."
